6. Certificate & Assessment
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements and assessments. Certificates reflect your training but do not constitute professional licenses. Assessment attempts may be limited; retake policies will be communicated per course.

Refund Policy
India-friendly refund terms

1. Overview
Beford EV Tech Academy is committed to student satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. Please read carefully before enrolling.
2. Cooling-Off Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 10% of course content and have not attended any hands-on lab sessions. This cooling-off period allows you to evaluate if the course meets your expectations.
3. Partial Refunds
If you have completed less than 30% of the course and have not attended more than two lab sessions, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund calculated based on the portion of the course not consumed. Refund amount will be determined after deducting administrative fees (10% of total course fee).
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: completion of 30% or more of course content, attendance at three or more lab sessions, after downloadable assets (toolkits, manuals) have been accessed, once a certificate has been issued, for promotional or discounted courses (unless specified otherwise), or after 90 days from enrollment date.
5. Batch Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your enrolled batch due to personal circumstances, you may request to reschedule to a future batch at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the batch start date.
6. Process
To request a refund: email refunds@beford.training with your enrollment details, reason for refund, and supporting documentation. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days.
7. Method of Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during enrollment. For bank transfers or UPI payments, provide your bank account details for direct credit. We do not issue refunds in cash or via third-party payment services.
8. Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances such as serious medical emergencies, relocation outside India, or family emergencies, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard policy. Supporting documentation (medical certificates, transfer letters, etc.) must be provided for evaluation.
9. Government Taxes Handling
Goods and Services Tax (GST) paid on the course fee is non-refundable as it has been remitted to government authorities. Refund amounts will exclude GST and any other applicable taxes.

11. Course Cancellation by Academy
If Beford EV Tech Academy cancels a course or batch, you will receive a full refund including all taxes, or have the option to transfer to an alternative batch without any additional charges.
12. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 15 business days. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka courts.
